Within Germany, we assume the costs of the return shipment.
The costs for returns outside of Germany must be borne by the customer himself.
Please send all returns with the enclosed delivery note to

You can register the return with us, we will send you a DHL return label by mail.
Please use the email:shop@wolfengermany.com
Please print out the return label, stick it on the box and hand in the return shipment at a DHL branch.
For unworn and undamaged products we will refund the amount according to your payment method immediately after receipt of the return shipment.
