        We offer you the following payment options:

        For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

        B.Delivery

        1.Your order will be shipped with DHL in an insured package.

        2.We ship worldwide. The respective shipping costs can be found in point C.

        C.Shipping costs

        I.Shipping within Germany

        Up to a gross goods value of 150,- EUR the shipping costs amount to a flat rate of 5,- EUR. If the gross value of goods exceeds 150,- EUR we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

        II.Shipping to foreign countries

        Shipments abroad are possible. Shipping costs for deliveries abroad are calculated depending on the destination country. Deliveries are possible to the countries listed below, whereby a distinction is made between the country groups Europe, Switzerland and World.

        Country Group Europe: Insured package 15.90 EUR

        Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus/Republic (except northern part)

        You do not need customs documents for shipping to EU countries.

        Switzerland: Insured package EUR 26,- EUR

        Please note that additional charges, such as customs duties, may apply and are to be borne by you.

        CountryGroup World: Insured package EUR 35,- EUR

        All countries and territories that are not assigned to the country group Europe. Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries, additional charges, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred and are to be borne by you.

        D.Delivery times

        I.Delivery time national:

        The delivery time is approximately two to five working days. On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery. Should an item not be in stock or not be available immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already received without delay.

        II.International delivery time:

        The delivery time is approximately five to ten working days. On Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery. Should an item not be in stock or not be immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page.
